It seems that there is a growing interest in food in general and especially food initiatives, and food festivals are one great way to discover the areas of food that are of particular interest to you. Here we will try to initially give you at least a directory of the food festivals to grace Wales during the next 12 months and in time we will add more narrative and coverage from each and every festival in our homeland. Should we have missed any festivals, then please don't hesitate to let us know so that we can keep the listed updated. Thank you...and maybe we'll bump into each other at a festival or two. Have fun!
